How do you ship the products to your customer?
We use Federal Express, and UPS within the continental US only. Mainly for tracking reasons.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are processed the same day they are received and shipped the next day after receiving them, at the latest and you will receive a confirmation that your order has been shipped. We will provide you with a "Shipping Notification" email when your order is shipped. This notification will include, when available, the carrier's tracking #. You should receive an order confirmation E-Mail summarizing your order. Please review your order and notify us of any errors or changes prior to being shipped to avoid additional charges. We are not responsible for incorrect information entered by the customer If you do not receive a confirmation, the order did not transmit to us properly (or you may have entered an incorrect email address. If you have questions or you have not received an E-Mail Shipment Notification within 2 days after you place your order please E-Mail us at. How long will it take to receive my order?
Generally 7-10 business days after you place you order using standard shipping.
What is standard shipping?
All shipments will be shipped and billed at ground rate unless otherwise specified. You must contact us by E-Mail to find out the added cost and have it added to your order.
How much is the standard shipping and handling charge?
Shipping charges are based on the weight of the plus size lingerie and destination zip code and depends on the shipping option. Approximate standard costs are

What are my options?
What happens if my shipping address is not complete, incorrect or wrong?
Please make sure your ship to address is complete and includes any apartment, suite, department or floor number information. UPS now charges for address corrections and WE WILL CHARGE that additional cost to your credit card and your order when it is billed to us. Shipping charges for orders sent to incorrect addresses and returned to us are not refundable.
Who pays the Return shipping charge?
Return shipping charges of the plus size lingerie is the customer's responsibility also the shipping charges for any new items sent in return.There is a 20% restocking fee for all returned items/credit card credits.There is a five dollar return fee for whole order returns plus the restocking fee.Partial returns are subject to the restocking fee only. Returns for wrong size ordered are subject to the five dollar return fee and the restocking fee.
Returned goods that have obviously been worn and or are damaged will be returned and the customer will be charged a restocking fee of 20% of the order plus shipping back to them. Any unauthorized returns or returns received after the return period or returns without the required return authorization form are subject to rejection and a handling fee of 20% of the order plus shipping will be charged. Returns must include original packaging and tags.Please see the FAQ page for more on the return policy and how to get a return authorization form. We request you use a return shipper that has a tracking method.That way you have proof that we recieved the return.
Are shipping charges refundable?
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Do you take international orders?
Unfortunately not at this time, just orders placed in the United States of America. .
How are the packages wrapped?
All packages are wrapped with no indication of plus size womens lingerie on them. So it?s completely secret and safe to order.
Is there a fee on canceling an order?
Yes. All canceled/returned orders are subject to a five dollar return fee and the re-stocking fee after being shipped.
Do you charge Tax?
Yes but only New York State orders are subject to 8 1/4% sales tax if they are shipped to a New York State address.
What do I do if I receive a Damaged shipment?
Please report the damage to your local Federal Express, or UPS office. We are not responsible for items damaged in shipping. They will arrange for a pick-up and damage claim. PLEASE KEEP THE ORIGINAL CARTON, ANY PACKAGING AND THE DAMAGED MERCHANDISE FOR THEIR INSPECTION, OTHERWISE, NO CLAIMS CAN BE HONORED. Any concerns about this please contact us so we can resolve it.
Do you have a minimum order amount?
No, but we offer a FREE pair of hose up to plus size lingerie (Queen) with orders over $50.00 not including shipping or Tax. We also reserve the right to substitute another item at any time based upon availability and or make changes at any time.Please contact us for your size color and the item number.
